I work on an appointment basis. Contact me first before visiting. A day or two is the usual turn-around time, but bigger jobs (eg Overhauls, extensive accident repairs) obviously will take longer. Busy times eg school half-terms, the Xmas concert season may mean a longer 'queue' building up. Whenever possible, I will try to get emergency jobs done quickly to enable that all-important concert or exam to take place, but a 'quick fix' is rarely a substitute for a proper job. I encourage the regular servicing of instruments every 12-18 months to forestall problems and keep your instrument playing as it should.
